- 磨刀課－日式裁皮刀（小班）
刀具百百種，多數人只需要練好一種，日式裁皮刀是我認為最好用、泛用、最重要的工具。磨刀應是認真投入學習一門技藝的第一課，但卻被嚴重忽略，許多已有皮件製作經驗的人仍對磨刀不得其門而入，因為這確實是一個需要觀察入微、講究經驗且需要投入大量時間磨練的技術。
學習磨刀最終並非只得到一把鋒利的刀，真正寶貴的是學習磨刀與刀的相關知識理論、實作指導，以及分析、解決問題的能力。
課程內容：一份講義，包含磨刀石、鋼材、磨刀知識與理論，以一把日式裁皮刀進行實作磨刀。磨刀完成後會進行裁皮刀使用技巧與練習。 ＊不包含皮件實作。
適合對象：
- 已有皮件製作經驗，但對磨刀不得其門而入、不敢嘗試磨刀、需要學習磨刀與相關知識的人。
課程時間：一全天，12:00 - 18:30 （用餐後再來，中間不午休）

課前準備：必須自備磨刀石套組、裁皮刀，報名後提供採買品項與管道，可以協助代買，其餘材料、工具由教室提供於課程中使用。
- 基礎訓練課（小班）＊包含磨刀課
以植鞣革為素材，以「精緻手工皮件」為目標的基礎訓練課程。
要完成一個精緻作品首先須具備的能力並不是版型，而是正確的觀念、基礎知識與核心技巧，有了良好的基礎，往後製作任何東西都能夠將細節思維實踐於各式不同類型的作品當中。
課程內容：
一份獨家且完整的工具清單，每一樣工具都會詳述選購重點、規格與自行購買管道，許多手作玩家初期經驗不足，最怕購買一堆工具、材料，堆滿空間卻派不上用場，因此在課程中使用到的物品，我都會詳細整理出一份工具清單與學員分享，也會不定期更新，這些工具不一定很貴，但這份清單讓你省下購買錯誤或不適合的工具費用會很可觀。
一份由我編寫多達五十多頁的講義，包含皮革基礎知識、磨刀實作、裁皮刀練習、上膠、斬位打版、縫製、修邊，課程會完成一個精緻的簡易卡夾做為課程成果。
適合對象：
- 不想浪費時間走彎路，以精緻細節工藝為目標，希望一開始就獲得深度專業知識、紮實基礎訓練、學習方向明確的新手。
- 自身已接觸手工皮件一段時間，但對於許多基本觀念似懂非懂，做過的東西不少，但總是無法提升作品細節與精緻度的手作同好。
課程時間：三個全天，12:00 - 18:00 （用餐後再來，中間不午休）

- 一對一 精緻手縫皮件課程（作品課）
課程內容：
課程將從「裁片後」開始進行，會說明版型原理，再依步驟一一處理、組合至一個皮件成品，可學習到一個精緻手縫皮件從無到有過程的所有技巧，所需課程時間與專注度遠比一般坊間體驗課程要長，極度需要耐心，對全新手來說會較有挑戰。
＊課程將著重作品本身的製作流程與技法，不會花額外時間再練習基本技巧（會影響進度），如屬於進修學習目的，必須先參加過基礎訓練課程，才能報名皮夾製作課程。
＊已參加過基礎訓練課的學員，報名四日以上皮夾作品課程，皮夾外層可免費升級使用馬臀皮，體驗高級特殊皮料的魅力。
適合對象：
一、完全沒經驗，但想要體驗親手完成一個精品水準的手工皮件，自用或是送禮者，可不必參加基礎訓練課程，直接報名皮夾課程，我會協助較多部份一起完成製作。

二、已參加過基礎課程並熟練基本技巧，想學習製作特定皮夾款式，帶著滿滿的問題，想精進、找原因、找方法、找答案，以進修為目的的手工皮件同業、手作同好。

課程時間：協調雙方都可以的日期，目前排程約十個月。
有決心學習者請提早安排預約，越晚預約排程不會變快。

預約流程：
1.選擇課程欲製作的皮件款式、如二折短夾、鈔票夾、長夾、拉鍊錢包等，可參考Facebook、部落格、官網的圖片。
2.選擇皮革顏色，縫線顏色可於課程中再挑選。（若想要親自觸摸挑選皮革素材，請預約時間來訪工作室。）
3.透過私訊，或來信 stevenwleather@gmail.com 將會透過人工方式確認以上課程作品細節與報價。請務必確認並同意課程作品內容、費用後，才接續討論其他細節與合適的上課日期。
4. 排定上課日期後，則進入付款流程。
5.完成付款「全額」即可能完成預約，將為您保留日期、準備皮革材料。
未完成付款者皆不保留預約，浪費彼此寶貴時間與影響工作安排是非常不尊重的事。接受付款方式為銀行轉帳、信用卡（需額外5%手續費）
6.預約完成後若因故需要調整日期可以提出協調，一次為限，如必須取消則一律轉為訂製方式進行，請務必悉知。補充說明：
無須自備工具，課程所使用工具、材料皆由工作室提供，但可以把自己的工具帶來使用、討論。
會視製作進度情況有部分回家作業，通常是縫製部分，可能延長課程時間，建議晚上行程不要安排太緊湊，作品一定會在工作室完成才算結束課程。

- 一對一 線上課程
我建立一套透過一對一諮詢、配合我編撰的教材，以精緻皮革工藝爲學習目標的線上教學方式，不受地點限制，課程時間彈性，不須安排特定日期時段，可利用學員的下班時間、週末空檔進行課程，透過教材、訊息、圖片、影片方式清楚示範與溝通，我會要求學員完成各階段指定作業／實驗，因為沒有實體課程時間限制的壓力，可以進行討論的內容與範圍可以很深且廣泛，整個課程可能需花費數週時間完成，線上課仍會以高標準要求，學員需自我要求高、執行力強。
傳統的線上課程多為單向且無法調整配合學員需求，但每個學員都在他們的皮革工藝上可能都有不同的困難與問題，因此即使是無法見面的線上課，我仍然非常重視教學的品質與成效，把一對一諮詢作為線上課程的主體，以符合不同學員的狀況與需求，我希望能與學員有更多的連結、交流，也期待看到學員們的成果或是在皮革工藝上的成功。
課程內容：分為基礎課與二折短夾作品課
基礎課
與實體的基礎課相同， 課程著重基礎知識、核心技巧，以精緻工藝的水準為目標的基礎，非體驗入門程度，是所有精緻皮革工藝最重要的基礎，課程最後會完成一個簡易卡夾作為課程成果。
二折短夾課程
從版型製作開始、厚度規劃、組合、完成作品。須參加過線上或實體基礎課。
適合對象：
有心學習精緻手工皮件工藝，經驗不拘，但不想受時間、地點限制學習的人。
線上課仍會以高標準要求，學員需自我要求高、執行力強。
課程時間：不受時間地點限制，可能為期長達數週。
